Located in Takapuna, 19 Como Street, Flourish Café is open to the public Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm. Serving delicious coffee, and mouth watering savouries and cakes, every time you come to Flourish Cafe you’re supporting a trainee in their journey to employment.

Flourish Café provides a genuine stepping-stone to employment and independence for our trainees, creating life-changing opportunities. Trainees are involved in all aspects of running the café - a unique, authentic work environment in which every situation is recognised as a valuable learning opportunity.
